Hi, I’m Felicia Forbes Rider and a native New Mexican. I have a Bachelor’s and MPA from UNM. The last position I held before my retirement was a Department Administrator at UNM. My background is in Human Resources but also in general administration.

I became a democrat during the 90’s when Paul Tsongas was running for president. I’m a passionate humanist and believe that public service is the best way to support our communities. My hope as your secretary is to bring organization and consistency to the position to better promote democracy.
