Daniel Brown has been a proud resident of New Mexico for the last 10 years and a student at CNM and is a small business owner. Born in 1986 to working class parents, one being a life long union member of SEIU local 25, Daniel is part of the Millennial generation entering party politics and working to be a voice for the millennial generation that have been largely unrepresented in politics nationwide.
As an at-large (Alternate) elected delegate to the DNC, a Vice Chair on the LGBTQIA+ Caucus, a State Central Committee member, and Chair of Precinct 253 Daniel brings an unwavering voice for the LGBTQ community, small business community and student community and younger people all around wanting more representation in local party politics. Daniel has a storied background in organizing fundraisers and community events and political rallies and forums for all kinds of agendas grounded in democratic values. Daniel believes all walks of life and ages should be represented in local politics.
Day to Day, Daniel works as a property manager for home owners living here and out of state. Along with extensive weekly volunteer work for the Albuquerque Social Club Improvement Project working to raise money to improve the member experience at the Social Club, and volunteering time for queer/ democratic organizations. Daniel is also a foodie and loves checking out new restaurants and eateries, savoring cider flights and bike rides along the bosque.
