VoteBuilder
What it is:
VoteBuilder is the Democratic National Committee’s voter file, built from public voter registration data. It’s the tool we use to cut turf, run canvasses, phone bank, and track voter outreach.
When to use it:
- You need lists of voters for canvassing or phone banking.
- You’re preparing for GOTV or voter registration drives.
- You want to track voter contact results (knocks, calls, IDs).
- You cannot find a Precinct Chair
How to access:
Ward and Precinct Chairs do not pull lists directly. All list requests go through the VoteBuilder Services Team.

TeamBuilder
What it is:
TeamBuilder is DPBC’s internal database. It tracks our people — ward and precinct chairs (past and present), volunteers, and activity across the county.
When to use it:
- You need to see who the contact information of current chairs are in your ward or precinct.
- You want to find volunteers in your area.
- You’re building your team and need contact information.
How to access:
Every Ward and Precinct Chair is eligible for a free login.
